Once I realized that, I noticed the way I was eating had my body in a constant survival mode. I was experiencing symptoms like: fatigue, low energy, constantly bloated, many food sensitivities, and poor bowel movements. I was not living my best life and I knew something had to change. My journey started with what I thought was healing my gut, but as my research progressed I learned I was completely out of rhythm with my body and hormones. My friend Chrissy introduced me to “In The Flo” by Alisa Vitti, an in-depth guide to cycle syncing. I implemented this practice as well as “Fast Like a Girl” by Mindy Pelz. It’s helped me heal my metabolism and hormones, loose weight, and feel better than I ever have. I know that what I’m doing now is setting me up to have a healthy future.
