Cashew Cheese: 3-in-1 dip + condiment + sauce

Gluten Free + Dairy Free + Refined Sugar Free
Only 4 simple ingredients to this versatile dip + sauce + condiment recipe! Not to mention a great healthyoption for all diet approaches. Vegan, keto, paleo, plant-based & vegetarian friendly.
Ingredients:
- 2 c. raw cashews
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp salt, pink himalayan or sea salt
- 2 tsp turmeric, powder
- 1-2 tsp smoked paprika, powder
Directions:
1. Soak cashews in a bowl full of filtered water for at least 6-8 hours (or overnight).
 2. Drain the water from the cashews and place the cashews in a blender. Add all other ingredients.
 3. Blend until texture is smooth 1-2 minutes (add more water if you would like a thinner consistency for a sauce)
 4. Enjoy!
*store in the refrigerator
