Easy Oat Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients

1 cup raw milk, or choice milk

5 tbsp grass fed butter, melted (70g)

4 eggs

¼ c maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

3 cup oat flour (250g)

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Add milk, butter, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla together in a bowl and mix
In a separate bowl, add oat flour, baking powder and sea salt
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredient mixture and mix all together for 15-20 seconds, or until just combined. You don’t want to over mix
Heat up your waffle maker, place it on a low-medium setting
Pour batter into the waffle maker and let it cook
Use a fork to help get the waffle out
Add toppings of choice: grass fed butter, fresh berries or nut butter
