Toasted Sesame Cabbage Salad
Gluten Free + Dairy Free + Sugar Free + Grain Free
Yield: 8-10 servings
Salad:
1 red cabbage (medium), shredded
1 bunch green onion, chopped
 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
10 large carrots, shredded
Dressing:
 ¾ cup coconut aminos
 ½ cup apple cider vinegar
 ⅓ cup olive oil
 ¼ cup toasted sesame oil
 2 garlic cloves, minced
 2 tbsp ginger, minced
 Salt 
Optional Toppings:
 1 1/2 cups salted nuts (almonds or peanuts) chopped
1-2 avocados, sliced
2 tbsp "Everything But The Bagel" seasoning
Directions:
 1. Salad: Shred cabbage and carrots in a food processor or cheese grater. Chop green onion and cilantro. Combine all salad ingredients together into a large bowl.
2. Dressing: mince or chop garlic cloves & ginger and place into a small mixing cup/bowl. Add remaining dressing ingredients to the garlic and ginger and mix.
3. Pour dressing on top of salad & mix.
5. Add toppings: slivered almonds, avocado slices, "Everything But The Bagel Seasoning" 
6. Optional: add protein of choice (chicken, turkey, grass fed beef or eggs). Make a wrap out of it, a bowl, a side to your favorite dish, or keep it as the main salad and add your favorite toppings!
