Turkey Bacon + Eggs + Avo Breakfast

Gluten Free + Dairy Free + Sugar Free

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 organic eggs
  • 4 slices, sugar free turkey bacon 
  • 1 avocado
  • himalayan salt 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place turkey bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes (or see instructions on package)
  3. Saute in a pan, eggs over medium heat with choice oil, until yolk is cooked to your liking + salt
  4. Slice ½ avocado. 
  5. Enjoy!
